Acquisition Communications

On March 1, 2021, TTEC announced it’s intent to acquire Avtex Solutions. As part of the early knowledge party, I was responsible for crafting a communications plan to inform and excite stakeholders, employees, partners, and clients.

A communications plan was drafted, using a variety of channels, including: website content, press releases, social media, video, and media relations. Select artifacts from that communications plan are included below.
