As part of an accelerated digital marketing campaign, the “Great Customer Experience Doesn’t Happen by Accident” ad was created for use across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital campaign channels. Two versions were produced - a long cut and a short cut - giving flexibility to placement throughout the campaign. A behind-the-scenes cut was also produced to build stakeholder confidence and excitement.
